Build Two Cross-Platform Apps -- 2

I have finished the full UI/UX for two separate products—Xandra and Crew Match—and you can review every screen and flow on Behance:

The next step is development. Both apps must launch on iOS and Android from a single codebase if possible, while preserving the exact look, motion, and micro-interaction details shown in the designs.

Core features that have to work flawlessly in each app:
• User authentication
• In-app messaging
• Push notifications

Please send a detailed project proposal that outlines: architecture choice (e.g., Flutter, React Native, Kotlin Multiplatform, etc.), major milestones, testing strategy, and how you will handle App Store / Google Play submission. I’ll review proposals primarily on clarity of approach and evidence that you can match pixel-perfect UI with stable, scalable code.

Deliverables will include the complete source code, build instructions, and published binaries ready for both stores.
