Build NFC tag emulator app for door access control

• App should work on Android and iOS, better use the Expo platform (https://expo.dev/) for programming.
• App should work like an NFC tag emulator on the phone with a code that never changes (fixed code).
• One phone only can have one unique code, saved in it.
• The code can be generated based on the device's IMEI, Kernel, or other phone identifiers.
• When scanning the phone via a card scanner (for example - Hikvision card reader DS-K1108AE, Communication protocol: Wiegand (W34), read 34-bit card code), the phone return code that is fixed on the app.
