Build Election Campaign Management SAAS

We are looking for a team to develop the Election Campaign Management SAAS
The main purpose of this software is to help candidates to manage, plan, and track their election campaign
The main feature of this app are:
1. Volunteer Data base
This feature allow candidate to store volunteer database and also their performance
2. Voter Data base
This feature allow candidate to store Voter database
3. Expense Management
4. Quick count
5. Data Presentation
Besides that, there will be an app for volunteer where they can input data from the field such as Voter Data, Survey, and issue report.
The output that we expect from this software are
1. Web Dashboard (Responsive)
2. Hybrid Application (Android & IOS)
3. SuperAdmin Dashboard
For the timeline of this project we expect the Software should be able to operate with the MVP within 45 days
We are looking for the team who has experience to develop software with a big data, since one candidate can input around 50,000 personal data
We are already have the mock-up design and willing to share when we have the discussion
