Bubble specialist required for app build

I am looking for a Bubble specialist to help me build an app.
Type of app: Project management
Design or wireframe: Yes, I have a design or wireframe already prepared
Required coding language: Proven Bubble experience essential
It's a completely new concept, but the fundamental functionality exists in loads of apps: Individual users will sign up and have a skeleton project with supporting educational content. They'll use the app to build a budget, timeline, input data into fields that will be used in calculations and complete checklists as they work through the project. The checklists will have dependencies, so if they haven't completed a checklist, they'll receive warnings about the hazards of moving to the next stage without completing the required previous steps.
Through the app, users will be able to manage their own private project, creating a budget, timeline, completing checklists that have dependencies and inputting user specific data that will be used in calculations. Users will be supported in the app with static text and video content to guide them. All app content will be supplied, along with wireframes, designs and a comprehensive functional brief.
Timeframe: (subject to confirmation with team) we'd be looking to start in the next 2 weeks, finish within 12 weeks from that.
Skills and experience required:
- Proven experience with Bubble
- Strong understanding of low code/no code app development
- Ability to work with existing design or wireframe
