Bridge Software for IoT Device Interaction

I am looking for a software professional who can create a bridge software between my IoT device driver and Reactive Native App. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS (Objective-C and Swift) and, importantly a sound understanding of Reactive Native App.

- Main Function: The core purpose of this software is to facilitate communication between the IoT device driver (Java/Kotlin) and Reactive Native App.

- Required Capabilities: The software should be capable of device interaction, more specifically device control.

- Device pairing, data synchronization are important, but the primary focus should be on device control functionality.

Skills Needed:
- Experience in developing software for IoT devices
- Proficiency in Android (Java/Kotlin), iOS(Objective-C and Swift)
- Understanding of Reactive Native App development
- Ability to facilitate device control via software
