40-Bot Robotics Prototype Development

I need a prototype developed for a system of 40 robotic bots. Each bot has predefined moves and can be controlled automatically or manually. They will be tracked using RFID scanners located beneath them.

Key Requirements:
- RFID tracking for bot location
- Automatic and manual movement controls
- Voice control for fixed moves (final product, not prototype)
- Application to capture and update movements

Specifications:
- Max load: 2 kg each
- Size: Width x Length max 1 foot
- No obstacle detection required, plain surface
