Body Motion Tracking App using ARKit or Similar Solution

I have a project that requires an app to track body movement using a solution like ARKit or a similar solution. If you have an alternative to ARKit that you think will capture body motion as described below, I will listen to your pitch. The solution must be able to capture movement from hands, arms, legs, hips, etc., in a three dimensional space and support data transfer to our API.
