Bike Sharing Platform & App Development

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a bike-sharing platform and corresponding app development for our established business. Similar to bikeshare platforms like Lime
The project includes:
- The platform should tracking availability, user registration/login, payment processing.
- Mobile APP, cloud server/data base, backend management program and ability to integrate with smart locking systems
- Cross-Platform Support: The app needs to be compatible with iOS, Android, and Web.
- User Interface: I envision a minimalist and clean design for the app, avoiding clutter and focusing on usability.
Ideal candidates should have experience in developing similar platforms and apps, with a strong portfolio demonstrating minimalist UI design. Excellent understanding of bike tracking technologies and payment gateways is a plus.
