Beta Version of an web/Mobile App
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
It is an APP which acts like a platform connecting maintenance contractors with tenant requests for maintenance or renovation. So I want to create a beta version of this APP.
There will two types of users of the APP, the tenant (ticket raiser) and the Contractor (ticket reciever).
For the ticket raiser:
A ticket will be raised by the tenant with a written description and photos of the problem. The user will have hte option of selecting a qualified vender from an approved list of vendors that match his scope of work or allow the APP to tender the work for them. IF they chose to select their own vendor then that ticket will be forwarded to the contractor to bid. Once the scope and price is agreed upon, a quality control checklist will be sent to both parties. The contractor will proceed with the work and will update the checklist as they perform the work. The tenant will be updated accordingly. Once work is completed, the final checklist is sent to the tenant for his approval along with the invoice for payment. Once accepted and paid a survey will be sent to the tenant for their review.
If they chose to use the complete APP services (which is to "Find Your Fixer")The APP will inform the tenant that a personal FIXER has been appointed to their request. A chat forum will commence between the two to confirm the scope of work. This scope of work will be sent out to qualify vendors to bid and submit a bid. The APP will then review these bids and issue a summary comparison of all the bids, with a final recommendation to the tenant.
The tenant can accept or reject the recommended vendor, at that point a Quality control and milestone checklist will be sent to the contractor as he performs the work. Every time the contractor completes a milestone the tenant is informed until the completion of the works. Once work is completed a final checklist is sent to the tenant along with an invoice . Once paid a survey will be sent to the tenant for their review and comments.
I have attached the logo for the theme of hte overall app and color selections.
For the contractor:
They will receive a notice from the APP with the scope of work. they will then be able to submit a quotation for the work. Once the tender is completed they will be informed accordingly. IF they are awarded then they will receive the quality control and milestone checklist which they will have to update during performing the working.
Once the work is completed they submit final invoice, and upon satisfaction of the work by the tenant they will be paid.
