Beewise Gamification App
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Gamification tool already designed on a 95%. It consist in a Mobile App and webplatform for players, webplatform for administrator (clients), superadministrators (us). Our solution will be focused on enterprises who need to get more insights and commitment from workers regarding learning processes that can go from induction to leadership skills.
In regard to what kind of gamification tool it is, all will follow "games" which are manage and upload in the by the client in the administration platform where he or she will upload questions (written, videos, pictures) and each question will have 4 answers. Each game can have an unlimited number of questions. These games are store in the library of the same platform and can be activated to become a challenge unlimited time. Everytime is activated into a challenge, the Administrator need to create the teams (group of players) so they can challenge each other. This configuration can be manual or random (addressed by the software).
Every member of a team can challenge other players of different teams (also manually or random) and they will answer a certain amount of questions (5) in every challenge. Each question gives you point in case your answer is correct and in the contrary you will lose points. Those points are for you as an individual but also will get to your team.
All this dynamic will be push to a dashboard in the administrator platform so he will be able to understand how many challenges the players (workers) have perform, the results per questions, per player and per team.
The App for players will go on iOS and Android but we also need that people can play through the web (from a desktop or mobile). Mailings and notifications are part of the routine so must be considered.
The superadministrator platform will resolve issues like access to clients, but also will be able to create games also, which will be stored in a library that afterwards we will be able to share with clients.
AS I mentioned, 95% of the design is already done in Figma. We expect a 2 or 3 month development (which is the need we have now), full time and a must is that everything codified must be documented so in the future any other developer can understand what was done in this aspect.
