Basic Prototype for a Used Books Marketplace App (React or Flutter)

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a basic prototype for a used books marketplace app.
This is a front-end only task to test the layout and initial user interface for browsing and listing books.

Scope of Work:

Create wireframes for the Home and Book Listing pages (Figma or similar tool).

Build a basic front-end prototype with:

Home page layout

Static book listing using dummy data (no backend required)

Book details display: title, author, price, condition, city, short description

Simple top navigation and footer

Deliverables:

Wireframe design files (Figma or PDF)

Deployed prototype link (for testing on mobile and desktop)

Clean, modular source code shared on GitHub

Tech Stack Preferences:

Frontend: React (Next.js) or Flutter

Styling: Tailwind CSS or Material UI
