BarberHero On-Demand Barbering Apps

I’m launching BarberHero in London, an Uber-style service that sends professional barbers to a customer’s door. Forty barbers are already signed up; now I need the full digital backbone that connects everyone seamlessly.

Deliverables
• Customer mobile app (Android and ideally iOS)
• Barber mobile app
• Web-based admin panel
• Simple marketing website/landing page

Core requirements
The customer app must let users request a barber, see who is nearby and—most importantly—choose between an instant visit or a scheduled slot. A real-time dispatch system, GPS tracking, push notifications, Stripe or similar payment integration, live earnings for barbers and in-app navigation are all essential. The admin panel should give me clear control over users, barbers, bookings and commission settings.

Design & UX
I’m aiming for a modern and sleek interface that feels as smooth as the leading ride-hailing apps.
