BLE Xamarin Android, iOS, Windows app

We are developing a multidevice app in Xamarin Forms that communicates with a measurement instrument using BLE. The project is advanced, but we need extra help to finish sooner. The app needs work on the visual improvement of the views and also needs to include and port the Windows version. Assistance will also be required to code the app's features, including communication with an API. The IDE is Visual Studio 2019 and C#.
