Automatic photos sorter

I want you to design or develop a photo sorting software in which photos which is sent on whatsapp is automatically sorted into day wise,location wise,item of work wise...this is for civil engineering projects at different locations as fotos are sent daily and when a presentation is to be updated time is wasted in finding fotos as per requirement
