I am looking for a freelancer to create a bilingual (English and Arabic) auto auction marketplace with mobile apps for both iOS and Android. The main objective of the marketplace is to sell cars in Live Auction.

The ideal freelancer should have experience in developing mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
The most important features for the marketplace and mobile apps are advanced search and filtering options. Additionally, the platform should have a user-friendly interface and a secure payment system. The freelancer should have experience in developing e-commerce platforms, and be able to integrate payment gateways.
Proposal shall be decided to three phases as below:
Phase 1 - Demo website
Phase 2 - Website
Phase 3 - Mobile APPs
