Authentication and Authorization for Flutter App with NodeJS (LoopbackJS) Backend

I am looking for an experienced developer to implement comprehensive authentication and authorization features in my Flutter app, powered by a NodeJS (LoopbackJS) backend.

Key Requirements:
- User Authentication: Implement login and signup using Email, Google and Facebook (OAuth).
- Email Verification and Password Management: OTP during registration, Secure password reset workflow with OTP validation.
- Allow users to edit profile details, including username, profile picture, and optional phone number.
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) using Casbin.
- Secure anonymous endpoints with API keys and rate limiting.
- Verify app legitimacy with the App Store or Play Store for access key issuance.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Flutter and NodeJS (LoopbackJS).
- Proven experience with authentication and authorization implementations.
- Expertise in OAuth integration for social media logins (Google and Facebook).
- Knowledge of Casbin for RBAC and secure API key management.
- Experience with app verification through the App Store and Play Store.
- Strong understanding of email verification processes
