Augmented reality app developer

I want to develop a mvp of an AR app for placing products on ceiling of any room. Similar to the Ikea AR app where one can pick a furniture from catalog and place in actual space. It should be first scan the ceiling to obtain measurements and layout like how the app "magicplan" reads corners of a room and create layout. Then our ceiling product "visit haeven.in to see whats there on cover image" - can be placed over the actual space ceiling. This is basic version which is simple. Initially need mvp to show to investors and then work on full fledged app with more functionality for market launch.
