Augmented Reality Pictures on a wall

We would like to introduce augmented reality to an art website (not app) that we are developing. Every time a peice of flat 2d digital art work is uploaded custmer who is browsing should have the abilities to view art on their walls at home through there smart phone/device us8ng built in AI capability. There should be no need to downnload addtional software. It should not be that each image needs to be processed off line but instantly in realtime when uploading. This should work on both android and ios devices.
