We need skilled developers to build and enhance AttendSpark, a cross-platform mobile and web application designed to streamline college administrative and academic processes. The app aims to digitize tasks like attendance tracking, assignment management, fee payments, and real-time communication for students, faculty, HODs, and admins.
The project involves developing interlinked dashboards, a QR-based attendance system, and a WhatsApp-like communication hub.
.Key Features:QR-Based Attendance: Implement a secure QR code system for attendance tracking, allowing faculty to generate QR codes and students to scan them (e.g., for 3rd Year CSE-A classes like Data Structures & Algorithms in CR-101).
Role-Specific Dashboards:
.Student Dashboard: Features like Schedule (e.g., view class timings like 09:30-10:20), My Assignments (numerical marks only, offline submission), Spark Locker (note/PDF sharing), and fee status tracking.
.Faculty Dashboard: Tools for QR code generation, assignment review, and communication with students/HODs.
.HOD Dashboard: Oversee department-wise activities (e.g., AIML1, AIML2 sections) and analytics.
.Admin Dashboard: Manage users, geofencing, and college-wide operations.
.Communication Hub: WhatsApp-like real-time messaging with group chats (e.g., department-wise for AIML1-4), private messaging, file sharing (notes/PDFs), and push notifications.
