Asset management application -- 2

I'm looking for an experienced developer to create an asset management application for my company. The purpose of the application is to track inventory and other employee related documents , so it will be used for tracking our company's assets. The application will not be integrated with any existing systems, but rather designed specifically for us. It should be able to record the purchase details, list asset location, and provide other general info about the assets. We expect the application to have a user-friendly interface and powerful functionality. The successful candidate should have a strong background in developing application software, demonstrated experience in asset management applications, and must be able to deliver the completed product by a specified date.
