Application/Platform for long-distance booked delivery services

I want to create an application which I can use to run a delivery service pilot!
Our partners often need to deliver from their local location to other locations around the country, and having full time delivery personnel is not always feasible for them. We would like to help them with that by connecting our partners with a pool of drivers which perform the delivery with full transparency, similar to how food delivery services platforms such as uber eats or wolt work.

I have and will provide proper acceptance criteria document for the App and Figma drawings for the front-end design. I am of course open to discuss the details and come to a fitting arrangement with the freelancer
I am looking for a freelancer who already has done very similar work that can be replicated/extended to fit the needs of my application.

Big plus if the freelancer is familiar with Swedish BankID user authentication but it's not a requirement.
