HR Application

I am looking to hire a freelancer to build an HR Application with a specific set of features. Specifically, I need an employee onboarding system, Time and Attendance Tracking, Performance Management, Employee Self-Service (ESS), Recruitment and Applicant Tracking, Training and Development, Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Employee Engagement and Surveys, Compliance and Reporting, Communication and Collaboration, Analytics and Reporting, Mobile Accessibility, Integration with Other Systems, Security and Data Privacy, as well as Succession Planning for the Application. I would like the application to be a mobile and desktop application, rather than a web-based one. The timeline I have in my mind for the project completion is 1-4 weeks.
