Application

I am looking for a talented developer to create an application for me that can be used on a web-based platform. The main function of the application will be to store medical records and track relevant information. The application should not be more than 5 pages/screens. The candidate must have experience in working with applications and should be creative and knowledgeable enough to come up with a functional and modern application. Ideally, the candidate should also provide customer support for any issues that may arise with the application.
