App for reading up text from pdf file and able to edit pages.

We are building an app for people with dyslexia. The app must import a pdf file and be able to read up text in danish and other languages, also the must be options for the kids to edit the pages with drawing, create textfields etc.When the pdf file is imported it will be saved I a "liabary" inside the app. Also functions for printing and emailing pages.Everything must be made so that it is very easy for the kids to navigate and use the functions of the app. There will be high demands for the quality of Text too speech and also speech to text so the kids will be able to understand the voice and also be able to speak text into textboxes they have created.
Attached is a typical pages. The kids must be apple to press the text and make it read up so the can hear it. Also the must be able to solve the page directly in the app and store it on their iPad for later use.
