App for data capture

Our company is moving to new platforms. The first set of services are ready for trial,
We have started on an app in Nativescript, but we dont have enough resources to finish in a timely manner.
A vague description is that the app will be responsible for data capture. There will be registration in different forms, photo documentation and the use of geo data.
The captured data will be synchronized with the server via several api’s.
Data will be stored on the mobile device, so there will be a need for a local database of some sort.
Due to both customer feedback/wishes and as more services are moved to the new platform there will be a need for further development.Therefore we are looking for a long term cooperation.
