App development

Hi,

Our company is looking to build an application which has a few different functions. Firstly, users must be able to login and have their own secure profile. Users that have their own business need to be able to login, and post an advert with a description about their business and ask for an investment with a price and also the number of investments required, e.g 10 x £100.

Users must be able to go on their app, look through all the different business investment opportunities.
Once they have found a business they want to invest in, they should be able to click the advert, and purchase the investment. This will be through a payment process in where, our app charges a commission and the payment goes directly through to the business bank account which they would have filled in earlier. One they have paid a business, a unique QR code or something similar (happy to hear other ideas) needs to be generated for the user, this is so that the business can scan this QR code if they ever visit the business premises to ensure they have invested.

We have an idea on how we want the app to look, function, design. We also have more details on the exact functionality.

The basics are:

1) secure login page

2) be able to post a business opportunity advert which every user can see.

3) be able to scroll through business opportunities in your chosen area.

4) make an investment payment, which the app takes commission and then pays directly to the business that posted the opportunity.

We are happy to work with someone on this back and forth until the product is right. We are not looking for the fastest option. If the App development goes positivity after the first couple prototype, there can be an option of some equity in the company as the business is early stages.
