App developer wanted for a video streaming app like Netflix

I would like to hire an app developer who can make a video streaming app like Netflix. It does not have to be anything super fancy. Just a simple app that is pleasing for viewers and simple for them to use. I have a growing team of screenwriters who are helping make adult animation ( just to start out with ) for this app. We will upload the shows/seasons/episodes to this video streaming app for viewers to enjoy.
