App Usage Tracker

I want a simple app that tracks what apps a user uses, timestamps for each app (entry and close), and it should track if the user is actually using the app or is it just open in the background.

All this information plus user profile information (age, nationality, location) should feed into a database.

* Currently I was iOS app, but will want to also do an android version of that soon as well.
