App and Full-Stack Developer for Trucking Company

Our US-based trucking and freight brokerage is hiring a developer to devleop an app, website, and back-end system:
-Simple user-account creation
-Ability to upload documents from mobile or web-app
-Ability to send location data from app
-Ability to send push notifications to app
The app will need a back-end
-Browser based system where command center can take location data from phones, and send data to phones.
The position will be full-time, 30-40 hours per week. Developer will be responsible for creating the app so that we can begin digital operations, and then maintaining and improving the app and computer system with customer and company requirements over time.
