App Devoleper for an Edutech Startup

I'm looking for an experienced APP DEVELOPER, previously worked with EDUTECH APPS/E-COMMERCE.

I'm working on an Edutech idea to which I need an app.

One should closely work with me, discussing points and suggesting the best inputs.

The app should have functions like:
1) 1:1 interaction chat box and group discussion chat box.
2)assignments listing (pan world).
3)tutors profiles with qualification and experience verification.
4) students signup and should be able to post assignments and tasks.
5) Payment gateway for tutors to buy coins to open the assignment.
6)Coins deductions/transaction details (wallet)
7) Bookmarking the assignments or materials uploaded by students
8) Premium membership for tutors to open the assignments. (Who has more coins premium membership, can open the assignment first)
9) Sorting the tutors based on subjects, budget, experience and location.
10) sorting the assignments based on location, subject and budget.
11) seperate sections for Exam preparation help, project works, assignment helps, report helps and miscellaneous tasks.
12) seperate section for school, clhigh school and college assignments/tasks.
