Project Requirements:
We currently manage our client meetings through a custom web application. Our objective is to enhance our meeting management process with a mobile application. The primary goal of this app is to facilitate efficient guest check-ins, and it should be seamlessly integrated with our global database containing all meeting and invitee information.
The application will display meeting information, and for design references, please check the work-in-progress design at Figma Design. Please note that this design is not final; we plan to add a section where attendees can electronically sign the check-in sheet to confirm their presence.

The application will be configured to synchronize data at specified intervals. Additionally, we require a section for uploading receipts, although the design for this feature is still a work in progress.
Development Platform Preference:
We prefer to use React Native for this project due to its cross-platform capabilities.
Important Considerations:
We anticipate needing support for configuring the application locally to ensure seamless integration.
We consider the handover of the source code as a critical requirement for our project.
Payment Terms:
Our payment terms for this project are as follows:
50% of the payment will be released upon the completion of all modules on the iPhone version of the app.
25% will be released upon the completion of all modules on the iPad version.
The remaining 25% will be released upon receiving the source code and successfully setting up the application locally.
