App Dev - Simultaneous use of bluetooth headphone for speaker and phone microphone

We are a looking to build a proof of concept mobile app..
1. We want to validate two way bluetooth headphone use and phone microphone use simultaneously. So basically the headset can be used for the microphone on the phone to "collect the sound / ambient" and signal process it through the app, while sending the processed signal via bluetooth back to the headset.
2. Another function of the app.
To create a two way Bluetooth i.e. the microphone on the headset sending a residual signal to the smart phone, where the signal is processed using the processing power on the phone, and then the post processed signal is sent back to the speaker by bluetooth in real time.
NOTE: In both cases signal processing is not part of the scope of the project, we have our own algorithm for that. And we will implement it internally. We just want a senior developer to work on a native code, which is clean and can have these two functions working.
