App & Admin Panel Developer

I am looking for an experienced app and admin panel developer who can develop an app for both iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experience:
The app is about 42 Layers screens design, and admin panel will control full app.

Skills:
- Proficiency in app development for both iOS and Android platforms
- Experience in developing advanced functionalities such as GPS integration, payment gateway, live feed, and database structure.

Experience:
- Previous experience in developing apps with advanced functionalities
- Ability to work with existing designs and implement them into the app

Responsibilities:
- Develop a user-friendly app with advanced functionalities for both iOS and Android platforms
- Integrate GPS, payment gateway, and chat features into the app
- Work with existing designs and ensure they are implemented accurately
- create the database and implementing full Github project.
-Create app in both Arabic and English language, developer will have to create the language file in excel, client will translate all needed in the language file.
