Apartment-Service App Enhancement

Project: Enhancement & Feature Development for Existing Apartment-Service App

Platforms: iOS (Swift) & Android (Java)

Status: The app is already live on both stores; all screens and core logic are in place. We only need the improvements and new BLE-related features listed below.

Main app features (already present)
- Automatic main-entrance door opening inside the apartment complex
- Automatic vehicle location registration / deregistration and parking-spot lookup
- Emergency call (SOS)
- Notice board (announcements)

Required development work
1. Implement BLE beacon advertising and scanning
2. Minimise and optimise power consumption throughout the app
3. Keep and handle BLE signals while the phone is in sleep mode
4. Server integration and testing
5. Main-entrance server communication (auto door opening)
- iOS: must work only while the app is in the foreground (per Apple policy)
- Android: must work in both background and foreground
6. Parking-location server communication (automatic parking spot registration)
- iOS: foreground only (must work when the app is open)
- Android: background & foreground support
7. Guarantee that every existing feature continues to work and is optimised

Development must use native languages only: Swift for iOS and Java for Android.
