Android Web-View App Native Features Integration

I am in need of a skilled developer to integrate a few key native features into our Android web-view app.

We are a faith based - non profit - start up. We are a new kid on the block. If you bid outside our project budget you will not be contact and hired. We need someone to work with our small budget and fast with quality.

Key Tasks:
- Implement Device Push Notification: Integrate this feature to allow us to send notifications directly to our users' devices.
- Design and Implement Navigation Menu: The menu should align with our design preferences of being simple, colorful, modern and sleek.
- Add a loader when the web view is slow, so u can users can not do any action with tabs.
- Incorporate Google Analytics: Set up and integrate Google Analytics to provide us with vital insights into user behavior within the app.

Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Java and Android development.
- Proficient in integrating native features into Android apps.
- Prior experience with device push notifications and Google Analytics is a plus.
- Strong design skills to create a visually appealing and user-friendly navigation menu.

Please note that we have a tight timeline and ideally, we need the project to be completed within 1-2 days. Your ability to start right away is a significant advantage. We have a short deadline of 1-2 days. You must be available to start working.
