I'm looking for an experienced developer to build a lightweight native/hybrid communication app using Flutter and the MERN stack.

Core Features:
- Chat & Call: In-app messaging and voice/video calls
- Notifications: Real-time updates (push/in-app/email)
- User Authentication: Login via mobile number, email, or social accounts
- Website Integration: Access iCoLab, iRP Commerce, iServe, etc.
