Android/IOS developer that can help finish issues

I have a back-end developer who has written a module for pulling data from an image, and a front-end mobile Java developer who provides the images from a mobile device via an app. I need someone to help me connect the two. You will work closely with one or both of the other developers, and bring the codebase into the APK, as a library that can be called from the Java code
