Android Finance App Usability Testing (India-Based Users)

I’m looking for India-based Android users to test a finance app.

The app analyzes bank/UPI transaction SMS to generate spending insights and summaries.

The goal of this project is to test:
• onboarding experience
• SMS transaction detection
• insights quality
• app usability and trust clarity
• basic functionality across different Android devices

## What you need to do

• Install the app via Google Play closed testing
• Use the app for a short period
• Grant SMS permission for transaction analysis testing
• Explore screens/features like Insights, Transactions, summaries, etc.
• Share feedback through a Google Form
• Upload a few screenshots during testing

## Important

• The app only processes financial transaction SMS (bank/UPI alerts)
• No OTPs or personal chats are required
• SMS permission is used only for transaction analysis functionality
• Testers should regularly use UPI/banking apps and receive transaction SMS frequently

## Requirements

• Must be based in India
• Must use Android device
• Should actively use UPI/mobile banking and receive transaction SMS regularly on their primary device
• Must be comfortable granting SMS permission during testing

## Preferred Testers

Higher preference for users with:
• Government Banks like UBO, IB, Canara Bank, UCO Bank, etc. as well as regional banks
• Diverse UPI transaction activity
• Different Android devices and OS versions

## Deliverables

• Complete testing feedback form
• Report any bugs/issues/confusing flows
• Share screenshots of major app screens
• Optional: report missed, duplicated, or incorrectly categorized transactions

## Time Required

Approximately 15–30 minutes depending on testing depth.

## Payment

• ₹600 for standard testing + feedback
• Higher payouts possible for detailed feedback, parser edge cases, and diverse transaction formats
• Multiple testers may be selected

Google Play testing access and instructions will be shared after acceptance.
