Android App

I need an App for my final year project i have an Idea related to it the idea behind it is we are making an application which will gonna perform its calculation by some ML model and predicting traffic for auto drivers so that they can pick more customers and earn more this app will gonna use data of all available transportation system should have map facilities by which they can see where to go apart from it we will have a premium feature where auto drivers have to pay premium and our app will tell them exactly at what time where should they go this premium will be taken as monthly subscription.
