Algerian AI Tutor MVP

I need an MVP mobile app that turns Algerian school textbooks into an on-demand AI tutor. Build it in either Flutter or React Native so I can ship to Android and iOS from one codebase.

Core functionality
• Integrate Groq with Retrieval-Augmented Generation to index PDF versions of Algerian textbooks and ground every reply in that content.
• Provide a chat interface where students ask questions and receive fast, reliable answers.
• Offer a lightweight student profile (name and school level) and lay the groundwork for a school-admin dashboard; the first rollout targets private schools before expanding to public students.
• Create a simple web-based admin panel that lets me upload, manage and re-index new PDFs without touching the code.
• Use Firebase or a small Node.js backend for authentication, storage and chat history.

Design requirements
A modern, clean UI that feels at home in an educational setting, with full Arabic / French localisation and right-to-left support.

Deliverables
1. Complete source code for iOS and Android builds.
2. Setup scripts or docs that explain how to add new PDFs and refresh the RAG index.
3. A brief hand-off session to walk through deployment and basic maintenance.

Performance expectations
The install size should stay under 50 MB and typical answers must return within a few seconds on a mid-range device.
