Project Requirements Overview: Voice Chat Room App
​Category 0: User Profile & Identity
​[0.1] User Profile System: Profile page displaying Avatar, UID, Level, Wealth/Charm progress bar, equipped Frames, and Badges.
​[0.2] Admin Control: Admin must have full power to view, edit, or delete any user profile (Name, Avatar, Bio) and ban/unban users directly from the Admin Panel.
​[0.3] Status: Show 'Online/Offline' and current room occupancy on profiles.
​Category 1: Core Security & Account Management
​[1] Device Binding: One Device = One Account (Locked to Device ID). Admin must be able to reset/unlink a Device ID from an account via the Admin Panel.
​[2] Geo-locking: Region locked on signup via IP. Admin must be able to change, override, or whitelist/blacklist regions dynamically from the Admin Panel.
​[3] Settings Page: Manual mobile input, 21-language support, dynamic Privacy Policy, and account actions (Sign Out/Delete) — all manageable via Admin Panel.
​Category 2: Voice Room & Engagement Features
​[4] Seat Management: Real-time seat locking/unlocking/muting. Admin must be able to control seat rules and visibility via Admin Panel.
​[5] Leveling System: Dynamic multiplier logic for 'Wealth' and 'Charming' levels—must be fully adjustable via Admin Panel.
​[6] Gifting & Inventory: Gifting system with animation triggers. All gift prices, names, and images must be manageable via Admin Panel.
​[7] Entry Frames & Badges: Catalog, pricing, and unlock rules must be dynamic via Admin Panel.
​[8] Room Rocket: Auto-blast at 100%, global notifications, live 'Loot Dashboard'. Rocket rewards and trigger settings must be Admin-controlled.
​[9] Lucky Diamond Bags: Global switch, price configuration, waiting timers, and random distribution—all settings must be Admin-controlled.
​Category 3: Wallet, Commissions & Salary
​[10] Official Seller System: Admin promotes users to 'Official Seller'. Seller status and wallet limits must be managed via Admin Panel.
​[11] Digital Signature: Encrypted backend logic for diamond generation; Audit logs must be visible in Admin Panel to prevent unauthorized injection.
​[12] Commission Split: Automated multi-tier split (Host 60%, Agency 10%, Leader 10%, Referral 5%, Company 15%). All percentages must be adjustable via Admin Panel.
​[13] Host Salary: 3-part wallet system (Recharge/Income/Report). Salary cycle dates and reset rules must be configurable via Admin Panel.
​Category 4: Admin Panel & Support
​[14] Admin Management: Assign/remove Room Admins via User ID from the Admin Panel.
​[15] Regional Control: Instant creation of 'Official Rooms' for any country via Admin Panel.
​[16] Support System: In-app Help Desk (ticketing) and Report System; all user bans/moderation logs must be accessible in the Admin Panel.
​[17] Technical Stack: Use FlutterFlow (with Custom Code/Cloud Functions), Agora SDK, real-time animations, and synchronized Firestore.
​[18] Global Dynamic Rule: Every single parameter, price, commission, timer, multiplier, reward, and rule mentioned above MUST be fully controllable and dynamic from the Admin Panel. No hard-coding is allowed for any feature.
​Pre-requisite Instructions & Project Ownership Guidelines:
​Credentials & Access: I will provide my own Apple/Play Store/Agora credentials. Your scope is limited to development, integration, and testing. All work must be done directly inside my FlutterFlow project editor (I will provide access). You must handle the Firebase setup (database structure and security rules) within my account.
​Validation: Please confirm if you have previously implemented 'Real-time Gifting' and 'Automated Commission Splits'. If yes, please explain your technical approach.
​Design & Setup: You will be added as an Editor to our project in FlutterFlow. You must create the entire design from scratch with complete setup, and I will provide the Agora ID for voice calls.
​Platform Availability: The app must be successfully published on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store.
​In-App Purchases: All recharges and in-app purchases must exclusively run through Google Play's and Apple's official payment systems.
​App Signing & Certificates: Google Play App Signing for Android and Automatic Signing for iOS must be enabled so that keys and certificates are managed automatically.
​Accounts and Ownership: We already have the Google Play Console account. We will purchase the Apple Developer account within 1 or 2 days of work starting. We will remain the 100% owners of both accounts and will only invite/grant access to you as an Editor.
​Code Management (GitHub): You must regularly push all daily code updates and progress to GitHub.
