Advanced Flutter App for Face Recognition

I have Flutter application for mobile. I am using Google ML Kit. I have functionality where the face is recognized before it goes automatically to next step, but the face recognition works ONLY when the face is far enough. I need to make the face to fill at least 90% of the screen before it triggers the next step.

The app's specific functionality will center around image recognition, more precisely, the recognition of faces within images. It's essential that:

* The app should discern faces from images with utmost accuracy.
* The face recognition feature remains highly accurate even in varied or poor lighting conditions.

Ideal candidates should possess deep knowledge in Flutter app development, and an experienced understanding of Google's ML Kit particularly focusing on its face detection capabilities. Scala experience is a plus. Be prepared to share examples of your work in this domain. Your proposal should include your approach in dealing with light variants and maintaining high accuracy for face detection.
