Admin panel development for iphone/android application (live) -- 2

I am looking for a developer who can create an admin panel for my iPhone and Android application. Although I have a rough idea of the design, I will need design assistance to finalize it. The main functionality I need in the admin panel is mentioned below.

Login screen to login in the admin area
Forgot Password screen along with automated password reset email
Reset Password screen to update the account password
Dashboard with insights and graphical data of Free & Premium Customers, Android & iOS Customers & Subscription Revenue over different time periods
Customer List screen listing all the customers along with their type e.g. Free/Premium and an easy option to active/in-active or filter customers
Create, edit, and organize top categories for all modules
Assign icons and colors to categories for visual differentiation.
Sales Report screen to generate the sales report for the selected dates along with option to view revenue for specific platform e.g. Google Play Store, Apple Store
Manage Default Account Setting Values e.g. Default and Preferred Interest Rate
Manage FAQs screen in order to create, edit, and organize FAQs
MailChimp API Integration to sync customers on MailChimp (Admin will have to login into the MailChimp account in order to send emails)
Send a Push Notification screen in order send push notifications to all, free or premium customers
Push Notification List screen in order to review the push notifications sent to customers
Inquiry List screen, listing all the support requests submitted from Contact Us screen
Profile screen displaying user's information along with option to update

The technology stack for the Mobile application is React Native and for the backend, we are utilizing DotNet Core for the API and Node js for In-App Purchase Receipt Validation, and the database in use is My SQL.
For the admin panel, our backend language will be DotNet Core, paired with the latest version of Angular for the front end. The database will be MS SQL.
