Add two features in my Epub file reader android app

i have developed an epub file reader application
Looking to add these two simple features in App, it will take around 30mins to add these
1. Currently ebook page can be scrolled up and down. Now simply add a basic feature to swipe pages left and right (Rs. 200)
2. fetch the index/content of e-book, show them in a listview and on click on particular index navigate user to that page (Rs.100)
you can also bid if want to work with any single feature
