Adaptation of App for Chinese Market

I am looking for an experienced developer to perform key modifications on my app to make it more suited to the Chinese market.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Integrate and deploy the app with Chinese video play platforms such as Baidu Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
* Modify the app to include Chinese cultural elements to create a localized user interface.
* The app should work conveniently without the need for a VPN in China.
* It shoud be work in android and Ios phone

IDEAL SKILLS:
* App is develped with DART languge (Flutter)
* Previous experience with Baidu Cloud, Tencent Cloud, and Alibaba Cloud.
* Understanding of Chinese culture and symbolism to incorporate appropriate design elements.
* Experience in creating apps that operate without a VPN in restricted network environments.
