Accommodation booking platform (website, iOS, Android)

I would like to hire someone who is capable to do my project and please if you are not ready to do so let others offer their bids. Simply my project is about offering accommodation reservations and booking management. (Web +ios + android for the client) + (Web +ios + android for the owner) (Backend for the admin as a third party "US")

IMPORTANT: A platform will be built in Arabic language
