APP for Smartphone / Tablet - EMERGENCY APP

We are looking for an app which is multilingual.

English, German, Romanian

It should be a simple interface for smartphones and tablets, on which the following buttons should appear for 24 hours - 7 days.

Fire brigade needed - call for help
Ambulance needed - call for help
Police needed - call for help
EMERGENCY CALL - RESCUE SERVICE
EMERGENCY CALL - FIRE DEPARTMENT
General reputation Normal
General contact within 24 hours
General contact Urgent

The following messages should then be selectable for the emergency call REAL EMERGENCY RESCUE SERVICE
- Person not responsive
- Person not breathing
- Person without a pulse
- Person fell - slightly injured
- Person fell - seriously injured
- doctor - general condition bad
- doctor - general condition deteriorated
- Immediate medical attention required - Situation unknown

- VIDEOCALL - OPTIONAL BUTTON

The Emergencys shoult get than another Phones which we can add in the admin over the Phone Number or E-Mail as PUSH Call or PUSH Message / Emergency Call direct to all numbers that we call back via phone or videocall
