寻找一个外包团队开发游戏APP软件。 应用程序中的功能：
1-简单的预热游戏
2- 幸运红包雨，随机抽取
3-指定送红包
4- 签到
5-大厅座位图
6- 后台自动统计数据
……
App同时在线人数：1200~1500人
要求：
1-按阶段验收（比如游戏搭建好后，就可以登录测试，接下来是幸运红包雨……）
2- 要求团队有一名对接负责人中文，次选是英文
3-预算：面议
4-中国籍除外，其他国籍都可以

Number of people online at the same time: 1200~1500 people
Require:
