API Development for FB & IG Reels

I'm looking for a skilled API developer to create an API that allows downloading of Instagram and Facebook Reel thumbnails, as well as enabling the playback of Instagram Reel videos within my Ionic app. The project specifications are as follows:
- The API should support both Facebook and Instagram Reels.
- Downloaded thumbnails should be in PNG format.
- The API should have the functionality to download reel thumbnails and play reel videos in the app.
Ideal skills for this project include:
- Extensive experience in API development.
- Proficiency in working with Ionic framework.
- Previous experience working with Facebook and Instagram APIs is a plus.
- Knowledge of handling PNG format images.
