Job Description
I am a Senior Leader/Distributor with AFC Life Science, a Health & Wellness network marketing company. I'm currently expanding from Malaysia into Hong Kong, Asia and international markets.
I'm looking for someone who already understands the MLM space and can help me attract, screen, and onboard new distributors primarily through Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Target Market:
Hong Kong (Cantonese speakers)
Cantonese language is an advantage
English and Mandarin is a plus
*Compensation* (Pay on Close Only):
You get paid per successful recruit. No base salary – this is 100% performance-based, with high earning potential.
Package Your Commission
RM 7,200 / ~HKD 12,500 RM 705 (~HKD 1,220)
RM 1,200 / ~HKD 2,100 RM 117 (~HKD 200)
What counts as a "Close":
New distributor successfully registers AND purchases the package
I handle all presentations, training, and product knowledge – you just focus on bringing people in
*Bonus*: High performers will be rewarded with additional bonuses based on volume (details discussed with shortlisted candidates).
What You'll Do:
Design and execute a weekly content and outreach plan tailored to each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
Engage with prospects in real time, answer initial questions, and book them into my presentation funnel
Track conversations and conversions so we can measure what works and refine quickly
Who I'm Looking For:
Someone with MLM / network marketing experience (please share examples of past recruiting campaigns you've managed)
Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and basic CRM tracking
Speaks Cantonese and understands the Hong Kong market is not necessary if you are not in Asia, it will be a plus as we can target Hong Kong, a nearby market, that my team can service consistently.
Can deliver consistent, qualified sign-ups
